By ordering from our site, you accept all terms described below, including our Privacy Statement.
SHOE REPAIR TERMS
When sending off shoes to Pust Resoling Lab for repair, and the package gets lost in the mail, Pust Resoling Lab do not cover the expenses of the lost pair of shoes, we will return the repair cost.
When ordering a shoe repair, including all of our shoe repair services, turnaround time is not guaranteed and only an estimate. Due to holidays, sickness or lack of staff, Pust Resoling Lab reserves the right to go beyond the time of this estimate.
When the customer sends their shoes to Pust Resoling Lab for repair, and the shoe is too damaged and beyond repair, the shoes will not be returned unless requested. A notification about this will be given.
If Pust Resoling Lab accidentally damage your shoes during repair, we will replace them with a new pair of shoes by the same brand and same model, but not refund the repair cost and posting fee.
DROPBOXES
The shoes will be picked up once a week and after an evaluation will be sent a payment link.
The repair will start after the payment is received
Once the repair is processed an email confirmation will be sent.

Product information
We do our best to make sure that all of the content on our site is correct. However, as we are only human, we reserve the right that unintentional errors may occur. Colours on your computer screen are not always 100 % accurate.
Under 18 years old?
If you are under the age of 18, your parents’ or guardians’ consent is required to submit the order online form.
Damage during transportation
If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report it to the courier upon delivery. Pust Resoling Lab will not be held responsible for damages or loss involved with shipping.
This is not required if you are using dropbox service.
Shipping
We will ship your order as soon as we can after repairing your item. The turnaround time can depend a bit on the complexity of your shoe/boot but with most orders shipment should happen within a few days after the product is repaired.
We will send a payment link after an evaluation of the repair.

In our order form we ask you to give us certain contact information, which is needed to send/reply to the information you requested. We also ask for other information, much of which is optional.

Unless we have your expressed consent, we will not disclose your personal information to any third parties. We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to others for marketing purposes without your expressed consent. We may collect statistics regarding the use of our order online form, such as traffic patterns and related site information, but this information will not include any personal identifying information.

We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us. This is to prevent unauthorised access or unlawful processing of your personal information.

If you are under 18, you may use our webshop only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we will not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you cannot register or give us any personal information. Please have your parents contact us to enter this information.
